Site Quality

In order to maintain the overall quality of content, zoomvillage.com administrators may replace virtual mayors whose sites have been abandoned or whose sites are, in the opinion of zoomvillage.com administrators, of such poor quality as to be effectively abandoned. Such sites may be deleted, or the virtual mayor may be replaced by another registered user. Mayors of such towns will be given ample warning before any of these actions is taken.

zoomvillage.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Site.
