Reported by the Peshtigo Times Newspaper Online

A new manufacturing plant in Peshtigo, Wis. will be built in the Pine View Industrial Park, and it should be up and running with 16 employees by late October or early November, according to Peshtigo Times news report.

In a brief presentation on their business to the city council, owner of Evergreen Tool Joe Beranek said Evergreen Tool was started in Menominee, Mich. in 1982 and he and his wife Beth bought it two and a half years ago. They manufacture components for fire suppression equipment plus hood and vent systems which are sold throughout the world.

Earlier in 2015 the owners bought Hasselblad Machining in Green Bay. Beranek said they have been considering a new consolidated location somewhere in the Marinette/Peshtigo/Oconto area for some time.
