Middle Inlet Man Dies in ATV Crash

MIDDLE INLET — A town of Middle Inlet man has died from injuries sustained in an all-terrain vehicle crash.

Kenneth Van Camp, 77, was heading north on his ATV on Sundayon Boat Landing Road just south of Elinor Drive, when he hit a mailbox and post, according to the Marinette County Sheriff’s Department. Van Camp lost control, went into a ditch, was thrown from the ATV and hit a tree.

He was traveling alone and was not wearing a helmet, according to authorities. Neighbors came to his aid after hearing the crash, which took place near the northwest corner of Lake Noquebay.
